Often times during pregnancy our bodies seem to need more sleep. We get tired easily and just feel that we require more sleep. This can be difficult to deal with especially if the 'should do' list is extensive. In this episode I give insight on what to do when you are down that you can't get your 'should do' list done because you are too tired and need rest instead.
