Spring Clean Your Social Media and Develop a Simple Plan to Keep it Clean

Social Media can take our time, it can weigh down our minds and our thoughts. The added weight can often can happen without us even knowing it. Being intentional in who you follow will make it so you navigate the boat and aren’t just tossed by the current. You can do this! It will bless your mind, your life and your family!

If the Social Media Account or Person:

1. Causes Mental Comparisons

2. Takes Too Much Time

3. Creates Contention

UNFOLLOW OR DELETE

Also, if you are worried about family members or friends getting upset that you are no longer ‘friends’ on social media, you can unfollow them but remain ‘friends’. Facebook calls it unfollow but remain friends and on Instagram you can mute stories and posts but still be ‘friends’. Both are very HELPFUL tools! USE them as you Spring Clean your social media. Row your own boat and don’t get sucked into the current.
